Idafen Santana Pérez es investigador postdoctoral en el Ontology Engineering Group. Es Ingeniero Informático por la universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria en 2008, con el segundo mejor expediente y cuenta con un Máster en Investigación en Tecnologías para el Desarrollo de Sistemas Software Complejos por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (2010).

Defendió su tesis doctoral, titulada Conservation of Computational Scientific Execution Environments for Workflow-based Experiments Using Ontologies en enero de 2016.

Actualmente desarrollando y manteniendo las red de ontologías WICUS (Workflow Infrastructure Conservation Using Semantics) desarroladas como parte de mi tesis. Para mas información pulsa aquí

AR2DTool

También desarrollando AR2DTool, una herramienta para generar diagramas Graphml y DOT a partir de RDF.

• España Virtual; desarrollando e implementando técnicas de metaplanificación semántica para entornos Grid y Cloud.
• SEALS; desarrollando una extensión de la plataforma SEALS para integrar recursos computacionales de Amazon Web Services.
